Marco and his company completed a gut renovation of my home, a 4000 square foot, pre-war coop.  I chose EuroDesign Solutions after seeing the quality of their work in my neighbor’s apartment.

Having renovated a number of older homes over the years, this was by far my most pleasant experience.  Most people tell of horror stories with their contractors so you know you are lucky when you still like your builder at the end of the project, as was the case with me.

Two key things stand out in my appreciation of Marco above and beyond the quality of his company’s work.  The first is his attitude and the second is his design talent.

When we ran into roadblocks in trying to fit my new layout within the confines of the existing, 1906 structure, Marco’s response was always, “no problem, we will figure out a solution” and he always did.  Most other builders, when encountering such a situation, would simply have said that what I wanted was not possible.  Or, if it was possible, they would charge more and add on to the original, agreed upon price.  Not the case with Marco where the price he gave me up front was the same amount due when all was complete.

In addition to his great attitude, Marco, being a trained architect, was instrumental in translating my overall design into an amazing finished project.  While I did a high-level design plan, Marco was able to run with this  and master the details, the result of which was a finished apartment being much, much more beautiful than I had ever envisioned it would be
