Marluce Gonçalves nasceu e cresceu no Brasil, onde se formou em Direito. Ela se juntou aos três irmãos como sócia para administrar a empresa também em 2009. Ela é responsável pelos materiais de marketing da empresa. Ela também gerencia o aspecto jurídico da empresa.
